It's been very interesting working with the legion go, I have it running in Windows 10 fully debloated, got it down to 60 processes. It's a fun thing to play with. So there is a program called smokeless that allows you to access the timings, and there's a guy named technosaur on RUclips that's had a lot of success, only he's got a guide for Samsung DDR5, and i have hynix DDR5. However i seem to be reading that hynix DDR5 or a die is better at tweaking then Samsung... Very limited information out there for all these things lol. Any chance you might be interested in this? Not sure how much you're gaming but I am running lies of P add a custom resolution of 1100 P getting 90FPS with hi settings, upscaling to 1600 P it's a lot of fun to mess with. @@powersource1988 If you are going for an ATX build and this case fits your cabinet, yes, it's a good choice. Plus you are after a silent build, you can swap out the fans anyway. For this flat layout, don't know many other variants. I myself prefer the tower/monolith approach like the NZXT H1 or the Silverstone Alta G1M. I covered the Alta on the channel as well. Just because I like the small footprint vertically.

@@M4DLC B-die for ddr4 are the best chips available, quality wise. This means higher MHz and lower latency at the same time, out of the box. I'm currently running Trident Z 3600 MHz CL14 32GB which help a lot in the minium fps and higher averages numbers for most games when compared to a 3600 CL16 or cl18 kit. Plenty of charts on RUclips. Yes, expensive but it's up to you if they are worth it either new or on the secondary markets. For AMD don't go higher than 3600 MHz though since it will affect the internal latency of the infinity fabric especially on ryzen 3000 and 5000. If on Intel, whatever you can get sonce the 12,13 and 14th gen can accept either ddr4 or ddr5, depending on the motherboard. The discussion can go multiple ways since it depends at what prices you find what you are after.

@@Glob3Tech thank you very much for this answer, market in egypt unfortunately only offers specific stuff which forces us, i been searching for at least 3600 cl 16 but it's just not here so had to stick with the basic 3200 cl16 thing since my 13400f only supports up to 3200 i suppose. but please if you can help me with this info it would be very appreciated, I'm seeking an asus prime b760m-k d4 mobo since it's very affordable here and since many said it's better to stick with b760 mobos with 13400f, but I can't find any reviews of this mobo and I saw some people say it's vrm and heatsinks are bad, so I'm worried about this part affecting the 13400f capabilities in anyway, idc much about features really just a mobo that runs fine without any heat problems, etc. specially that I'm not an overcloking user anyway. @@M4DLC Sure no worries. I understand, that's why I mentioned it's all relative to availability. Had a quick look at the particular mobo. Overall user reviews, at least from UK seem fine for stock usage. Plus your cpu is rated for 65w tdp and with boost to under 150w if cooling permits. If you have minimal airflow in your case, you will be fine as long as the cpu is properly cooled. I don't overclock myself, I undervolt to have even more piece of mind. So yeah. @@Glob3Tech That's good to hear, I'm looking to get an anubis pro case which is an etx case with 3 160 fans support at the front so i suppose airflow would be fine, sticking with the stock cooler that comes with the cpu tho but hopefully would upgrade to a decent cooler in some time, so i think your 2 safety notes should be checked, thank you a thousand again for your help, i truly appreciate it. You can tune the cpu to work at a lower wattage through the nuc software and in return the gpu will be lower as well a bit. I think I had mine at 25w for the gpu and the gpu stayed stock.

Not this particular one since the motherboard doesn't have the support for the PCIe port. You need to find the ones that already came with a gpu (even lower spec one P620, T400 etc) and then upgrade it to the T1000.

Thank you! Unfortunatly don't have the A4 & AIO combo anymore to test it but I would suspect it will behave like the Cryorig C7 since same height. It should be performing a tad under the Asetek AIO.

No worries. I would say so but it will be on the limit since these chips love to boost violently (even the lower 65W TDP ones like 5600x 5700x) and basically use any cooling headroom you have. Luckly, I can recommend my scenario. I have the 5700x which is also an 8 core and I just locked the the voltage at 1.000v for 4 GHz across all cores. Dead easy in the bios and it gives me the same performance as stock and it's like 20 degrees cooler on a slim 140mm AIO from the NZXT H1 V1 case.

Me too. I was even looking for cheap basic ATX mid tower cases that could easily unscrew the feet and have a clean black underside so I could turn it on its side and use it horizontal. I need a case with a width of no more than 8 inches as that is the height clearance for my Media rack. I have found a few options but haven't found one that I am sold on will look good. I likely will just order this spendy GD11 case as it appears perfect for what I want, just not the $170 price.

It should work as long as you match the timings as well, if the sticks are different from factory. Worth a shot for 3200 MHz and yeah don't go over 1.4v max for the ram, at least for these ones.

@@Glob3Tech ye i reached 2933 mhz with gear 1 (it says higher bandwith and lower latency than gear 2), 3000 or more only works with gear 2. and i lowered cas 15 to 14.

@@Glob3Tech well, I had quite specific setup to fit into "any" desktop build... first challenge was mobo - MSI MPG X570S CARBON EK; next G.SKILL Trident Z Neo DDR4; next 2x M.2 Samsung 980Pro and 2x M.2 990Pro; next mentioned RTX4090 with AlphaCool waterblock; all powered by 1.6kW PSU... each and every component with own challenges (size, power requirements, airflow requirements) thanks to your video I've found the only one to risk with - and it works perfectly fine :) flawlessly since almost a year :) cheers!
